1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website (sparkphaseconstructions.com) or engaging Spark Phase Construction for construction, renovation, or contracting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please contact us prior to commencing work.

2. Estimates and Proposals

All initial estimates provided via our website, telephone, or during in-person consultations are good-faith projections based on the information provided. Binding quotes and scope-of-work agreements are finalized in written construction contracts detailing specifications, milestones, and payment schedules.

3. Permits and Code Compliance

Where specified in the project agreement, Spark Phase Construction coordinates and manages municipal permits and inspections in Brampton and surrounding Ontario municipalities. All construction work is performed in compliance with the Ontario Building Code and local municipal regulations.

4. Quality Guarantee and Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Detailed warranty coverage for workmanship and materials is outlined in individual project contracts. Warranties do not cover damage arising from normal wear and tear, unforeseen ground settlement, extreme weather events, or unauthorized alterations by third parties.

5. Intellectual Property
